Candye Kane Biography

Candye Kane was raised in Los Angeles where, at 17, she fell pregnant. To help support her son, she vigorously started modelling and stripping as soon as she turned 18, appearing in over 150 magazines from 1983 to 1985. She also sang in a punk band which didn’t quite yield what she wanted and she was dropped by her label. Consequently she discovered the blues which she is now more famous for than her porn and is a massive icon in the blues world. She made a brief comeback to porn in ’98 but Candye Kane had evidently found her niché in music and quit again soon after.
